Ingredients:

I bought this tincture to replace pharmaceutical sleeping pills for my insomnia, this worked too well! I started with recommended 6 drops but found it made me a zombie in the morning, so cut back to 4 and was the perfect amount to put me in a deep sleep. I was able to cold turkey my medicine and use this when I wasn’t able to have a normal sleep scheduale. It takes roughly 1-1.5 hour to work, 30min if i have no stimulus (screen time) I ended up purchasing x2 more!

Wow! I bought after reading the reviews, as I have been experiencing insomnia and I am an extremely light sleeper. The first time taking this was about 40 mins before bedtime.
