This is my least favorite tasting tincture but the potency of its effects are worth it. This doesn’t seem to work as well once you are already sick, but if taken daily, the preventative measures this offers allows for you to bypass the common cold and flu seasons. The note of the cycles in which illness hits, spring and fall as well as the turning of winter to colder winter (Northern B.C.) Once you are aware of these cycles, it is easy to prepare yourself by taking this medicine diligently.

I’ve been using this tincture regularly since 2020 and it’s been working well for preventing colds/flu. I take it if I’m going to be going out where there will be a lot of people in an indoor space, or when I’m feeling anything starting in my throat or nose. I’m definitely seeing a reduction in getting colds/flu and have also been able to recover more quickly if I do get sick.
