I bought this in June and started using it. I never tried anything like this before.. it really works amazing on the heart space.. I can feel the spiritual connection and also feel the body responding better in all areas since I started using it. I love this and will buy another for sure. I have cut back on using Hape’ now that I have included this daily. I don’t use the full dose.. about half or a little less then half. I add it to tea before bed or to coffee in the am.
