Hapé, or rapé, is pronounced ‘haa-pay’ in English.  This plant medicine is a very sacred herbal snuff, made by the indigenous tribes of the Amazon, with Tobacco and varying Amazonian healing plants, leaves, trees, and seeds from native lands. Hapé is applied through the nostrils using an applicator (Kuripe or Tepi) in prayer, meditation, and ceremony. It is used for deep connection to the plants,  animal kingdoms and all of Mother Nature. This healing snuff has the ability to cleanse the mind, purify the thoughts, bring clarity, spiritual alignment, and clear negativity and heaviness from the body, mind, & soul. This plant medicine takes days to make and is a very labor intensive process made in a ceremonial way with chants, song, and prayer.

We are honored to be the leader in the ethical sourcing of Hapé.  Traditional peoples have used this medicine for millennia to connect more deeply to Nature. With great care, we are working directly with indigenous tribes to integrate this ancient plant wisdom into a modern spiritual practice.

Our goal is to educate you and provide the necessary resources from which to cultivate a sacred relationship with Hapé and with Tobacco. Tobacco is an extremely powerful plant and these artisanal jungle tobaccos do still have nicotine in them, which can become addictive. Hapé should always be worked with in a ceremonial setting, with prayer and intention. Hapé should never be used habitually, socially, or recreationally. Thank you for respecting the plants and this ancient tradition.
