Managing Your Membership

In order to change your subscription:

Simply visit the Subscriptions page in the My Account section Subscription Tab (or click here), then click the “View” button next to your subscription.
Now you can click the “Change monthly hapé” button and edit your subscription:

Once completed, click SAVE and you’re done!

Switching to a different tier

Currently the only way to upgrade or downgrade your plan is to first cancel your current membership, then re-subscribe with your new plan. In order to not change your subscription dates and payment methods, you can also add an additional subscription first, then cancel the original subscription.
